Faced with the possible difficulties that may arise during this Wednesday, November 22, when accessing the El Dorado airport in Bogotá, Avianca announced that it will activate its protection plan.

Those customers who have confirmed tickets to fly during the day (November 22), and want to voluntarily change their itineraries, can do so without penalty or fare difference through the contact center, Avianca sales offices and at airports.
Additionally, the airline provided three recommendations for travelers to avoid setbacks before flying:

– Arrive at the airport three hours in advance, for both domestic and international flights.
– Check on the screens available at the airport the lounge where you will board your flight and travel to it in good time.
– Permanently check the status of your flight through avianca.com or the Avianca app.
