The airline announced a protection plan for the mobilizations this Wednesday.

Faced with the possible difficulties that may arise during this Wednesday, November 22, when accessing the El Dorado airport in Bogotá, Avianca announced that it will activate its protection plan.

Those customers who have confirmed tickets to fly during the day (November 22), and want to voluntarily change their itineraries, can do so without penalty or fare difference through the contact center, Avianca sales offices and at airports.

Additionally, the airline provided three recommendations for travelers to avoid setbacks before flying:
